Germaine is the sole proprietor of Second Sapphire Productions, LLC. Her experience began as a child watching her Cordon Bleu trained grandmother construct countless dishes, then working for years in her family's catering business before earning her credentials at Star Career Academy of New York certifying her as an Executive Chef.
